Refunds and Returns policy
All claims must be lodged with Health and Safety Signs within 7 days of goods being received.
If applicable, Health and Safety Signs will replace, repair, or refund the purchase price of the goods in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act of 1993.
If Health and Safety Signs replaces or repairs the product(s), this will be within a timeframe that we will inform you of during our communication. Generally this will be within 5 business days but may vary due to workload and complexity of the job.
If you sign off/accept a design proof for us to begin production and later spot an error made by either yourself or us, we may not be able to change or stop as the order may have begun production. We will discuss this on a case by case basis.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or need an order to be produced by a certain date without telling us first via the order notes, or by prior arrangement.
If you request a specific date for the products to be received in the order notes and we cannot achieve this, we will contact you and will offer a full refund of the purchase price.
